I wanted to add a maintenance script that manually re-indexes files in the event the id get muddled. This usually comes from an error when updating current_index in the settings.json file in past builds, which should be fixed now but I want to leave this clean up script in just in case so everything stays nice and organized.

It can be run anytime by clikcing on the re-index button under MAINTENCE on the Settings page.

I'll close this when I add it to the beta and add it to the docs.
