Back up zip should contain config files, markdown pages and all static files in public directory.
Download link will be displayed in dash settings as well date of latest backup
Backup zips can be uploaded and restored.

Make a portable back up solution where people can easily make a zip containting all of their site configuration and content data that can be downloaded as well as being able to upload said zip files to restore their sites - [x] Back up zip should contain config files, markdown pages and all static files in `public` directory. - [x] Download link will be displayed in dash settings as well date of latest backup - [x] Backup zips can be uploaded and restored.

The base functionality is in, so now I just need to clean it up, prep it to move the release branch and then add it to the docs.
