Ro	ac08c77813	Removed role from header, notification and login Began the process of removing all invalid role attributes starting with the header, login, and notifications components. Removed role from header, notification and login

Began the process of removing all invalid role attributes starting with the header, login, and notifications components. Updated the corresponding scripts as well.
